Self Defense Clinic
An understanding of basic self defense is something that every woman and girl would benefit from. Learning how to react in a dangerous situation can be one of the most valuable tools a you can have. This program will be taught by a black belt and several senior students in the Quantum style of martial arts. Focus will be on street-smart self-defense using mind, body, and spirit. Join us and learn a few new skills!
Cost: Free to members, suggested donation of $7 for non-members

The Northwest Girls Coalition Celebration and Afternoon Tea
Please join us for a celebration of 2007 achievements in the girl-serving community. Tea, coffee and tasty treats will be served. Local organizations will be there to highlight their successes. We hope to see you there!
