Programs, Events and Registration

Professional Development

Recognizing that many professional development needs are similar across girls' organizations, NWGC offers trainings, workshops, panel discussions, and continuing education opportunities on topics of relevance to the membership. Topics covered include confronting bullying and cliques, fund development, and encouraging parental involvement.

Networking and Referrals

Collaboration and communication among members is encouraged at all events, including networking "wine and cheese" events, professional development, and through the listserv. Members are encouraged to refer girls to other programs, share information, best practices and resources, develop a shared program for girls, share trainers or consultants, and announce job openings.
