NWGC is hosting a September event to help our members reduce stress and increase wellness.

In our 2008 member survey, NWGC members requested events that would help them manage the balance between health, work and play effectively. Well... you asked, and we listened!

Please join the Northwest Girls Coalition for an evening of health and wellness, learning and doing!   

Wednesday, September 23 5:30-8:00 p.m.
5Focus: 1009 8th Ave N, Seattle (South Lake Union) 

5Focus is a unique wellness center that provides a holistic approach to wellness, fitness, and empowered preventative health care.

The event will include NWGC's usual networking opportunities, as well as:
- Stress reduction discussion by Laura Robinson, Healer, Physical Therapist, Registered Dietitian

- Individual massage sessions

- Kinesis workouts

$10 admission for members and non-members includes stress reduction talk, appetizers, and wine. 

In addition, especially for our event, 5Focus is offering:
  • individual 30-minute massage sessions ($30)
  • Kinesis workout classes ($25)

Child care will be provided at 5Focus, $5 per child.
